Told no prepayment penalty on refinance, then charged almost $8,000 in fees

I phoned Fairbanks Capital Corp. Several times before starting my refinancing of my home. Several attempts with no return phone calls. I finally got in touch with them after I sent them a message I believe to call me.
The women I spoke with assured me that there would be NO prepenalty fee if I were to refinance my home.
With this information I went and refinanced my home.
When I got the final paperwork after all was said and done, I noticed that they had in fact charged me almost $8000 in prepenaly fees () interest of almost $3000 I believe.
This company does not practice good business ethics and should be put out of business, as well as return the "stolen" money, I feel is owed to me and I am sure many other people that they have ripped off.
