Rushmore Consulting Group - scammed me off silver bullion investment up to the equivalent of, reported to the IRS, $217,969.00

Due to a recommendation from my friend Anita, I invested $45,600 with the PPM company on 2-18-11 and was wiped out of all the money except for a final check they sent me of $2,325.00 by 9-30.

On 2-2 I recieved a 1099B form from RushmoreCG showing they had reported to the IRS that I had earned $217,969.00 in proceeds (appr the amount I should have received at the end of April). When my friend called RCG the same secretary that answered PPM office replied. When she requested a cashier's check for her reported amount to the IRS she was told that she had not earned that money. Since I now knew that PPM and RCG and Mr. Tony Columbo and his secretary, Heidi Swaney) are crooks, I needed to receive that refusal to pay on black and white and I wrote them all a letter. I do not think I will receive any actual money, but I do want to have their refusal on paper quoting my PPM account number (10062-01) on RCG stationary.
