Ripoff Bad business unprofessional no phone or email response

I've purchased their "corporate elite" pkg which includes 4 years of corporate and individual return for thousands of dollars and have not seen my tax returns yet. NADN has all my paperwork for the filings and the have only filed an extension for me. But even that was late.

I am frustrated by their lack of professionalism and communication. All of their voice mails are full and can't even leave a message. Now the phones have been disconnected and there is not way of communicating with them to get the tax returns filed. Even my emails get kicked back.

What are we to do???
