Frank garbo cash loan scam artists unsure

I was first called my this company 3 weeks ago claiming the money i used to pay off a pay day loan 5 years ago was fraudulently used by the cash loan company and that i now owed apex over 1250 dollars. When i began to question the legitamacy of this claim as i found the receipt and letter from the company that it was paid in full he treatend me with jail. I called the loan company and they confirmed i was paid in full they said this apex place was a scam. They even sent me an email stating so. So thinking this was all over today i get a call from them again. Saying this time they were going to ruin my life. I use another site called who calling me and sure enough replying to my post to warn peole of them along with the others who posted bad things about them, was a post by them saying fran dalton is a deadbeat who doesn't pay her bills or her payday loans. I forwarded this to the fbi before coming to your site. I want these peole stopped before they hurt others who dont have the resources to know this is a scam.
