Breach of contract, scam

My spouse and that I were committed on October 1. We caught Brad (and his second shooter) to photograph our wedding and our wedding beach celebration the night time before. Brad never turned up towards the beach celebration so when I eventually spoke to him 4 hours past his planned arrival-time, he questioned me to advise him what he was said to be performing for all of US that weekend. It gets worse... A couple of hours later he advised me he double-booked marriages but we did not have to fear since he employed the shooter who shot his wedding to take mine. Therefore the next day (our big day) I'd not noticed from Brad or even the additional shooter that Brad allegedly employed. Lastly, one hour prior to the wedding Brad turned up looking light and disheveled. He explained some tale about why there is all of the distress but never resolved why just he turned up and never 2 photographers as guaranteed.

After 2 weeks and a lot of disappointment and suffering we were ultimately ready to obtain our pictures from his site. Officially we just got 50% of our pictures since just one shooter turned up. Your last conversation from Brad when it comes to what we're owed was in December and we've not yet obtained our photobook or fabric printing.

We did get a contact in Jan from Brad informing people he is desolate and smashed & most significantly NOT REALLY A CON-ARTIST. What's fascinating is the fact that an unemployed, desolate and shattered shooter (which Brad promises to become) continues to be in a position to post new wedding photos to his site... Some as current as middle to late January.

We would like what we're owed or we would like a reimbursement... Any non-scam artist expert must be able to know this simple demand.

Don't employ brad hodge as your shooter. You'll regret it.
