Refund request ignored

After speaking with Mr Brown on many times in February and confirming all files needed, I delivered the bundle down to Signet. Following the recommended 60-days with no further contact I named Signet, e mailed and delivered a registered letter. After obtaining no reaction I delivered an email to Kamala Harris Attorney General of Florida, simply to be recommended that Signet choose to go out-of company, and therefore they might not aid me.
