Ripoff lied ok to skip payments till you get work we will add to end of loan then denied it i even had names numbers told those names and numbers dont exist took to court 2 time so far TO MUCH MORE TO LIST HERE

Took out loan in 1997 for $65.000 2004 still balance $60.000 lost my job in 2000 no work for 7 mounths stayed curent as long as i could. Was in constant contact with them sometimes every week. Keep track of all names and numbers. Got calls up to 2-3 times a week from collections. Told every time there was no record of my calls this went on for almost 8 months. Found work out of state moved good job and good money but still needed to get caught up. They told me it was OK to miss a few payments they would just add it to the end of the loan.

I was told this by 2 people because i wanted confermation that this was true? The calls kept coming even though i was still calling them weekly same responce we have no record of you calling anyone and the names and numbers you have dont exsit. Now the calls were getting out of hand. I was getting calls on my machine to call a number and talk to a certin person or else so i called dozen of times but every time i was told eather how did you get this number is is a private line or there is no such person here???

What was i going to do? This went on for several weeks then the layer calls started this guy was a real jerk demanding money or he would take our house and sue us for the rest. He wanted $800 every 2 weeks western union only and even gave us a dead line time that his office must recive the money. After sendin 2 payments things started to fall apart they told us they dont care about any of our needs like other debts ar food just send them thair money and there will be no problems. So we went to a layer and filed bankruptcy but only incluided the back payments and not the whole mortage we got room to breath and got them off our back we have maintained monthly payments with them for the home and now live in another state and are paying for everything but they have taken us back to court 3 times now they want to foreclose due to a missed payment over 6 months ago and it will cost $1,800 in fees and they want to increase our payment $198 dollers to cover their loses due to the missed payments.

After looking at this with out all the numbers in front of me the balance due is $60.000 with almost $6.000 in fines and fees and i have been paying on this loan for 7 years and i have no help or control!!!
