I called to cancel my old insurance and open a new car insurance policy. I was told by customer service this couldn't be done because of an 'at fault' accident on Nov. 30. I am going to court on March 26 because the accident wasn't my fault. I was hit in the rear bumper. The police report is false and false arrest (s) were made by Falls Township Police Officer Bryan Detrick. I have been a life long member, tried to explain this to customer service and no one listens. What kind of treatment is this? I would think AAA would be interested in keeping life long customers and not base their business on 'false information.'
