Collection Agency Agency claim I have debt with Verizon www.rpmcollects.com

I received a called from this company saying that I have a debt of $41.23 from January 24... I canceled my Verizon account on 07/18 and I paid everything off. Verizon even reimbursed me. 11 because my account was over. I told the "collection agent" that I did not own them nothing, and that even though it was not to much money, I was not going to pay something I did not own in the first place.

Then he said that I did, and that my account was in Florida... I said..."hmm no, I do not live in Florida"... Then he asked "Las Vegas?"... I replied "I have only live in Texas, so either you have the wrong person or this is a fake company" So I hang up and called Verizon to see if they sent me to collections by mistake. After reviewing my closed account and revising my information they said that my account balance is 0. So be careful with this "agency" it might be fake.
