Fraudulent Charges on my phone bill

After researching my CenturyLink telephone statement that seemed extraordinarily large, I observed unauthorized costs from the business named 888MyZipLocal who I later discovered is Ebridge Marketing in Encino, CA. I named them to change the cost and discovered they have been billing me for 4 weeks at $49.95 monthly. I requested the "customer care" repetition to change the costs since I have haven't noticed/verbal/bought / or approved any providers from their organization, the repetition explained I did so approve the providers plus they had a registered telephone call to show it. I expected them to email me the saving and that I have yet to get something from their website. They declare they outlined my company on "125 web research websites". After I requested which websites, the repetition mentioned Kudzu, MerchantCircle, Yelp, etc. I've lots of PPC, SEO and web listing encounter and many of these websites are free record websites that I listed my company on 5 years back. The repetition was insistent that their costs were approved. After 10 moments of backwards and forwards the repetition stated she sent her boss and was approved to stop the support and reimbursement ME-1 month of costs. After I stated it wasnot adequate she stated that I approved cost which she'd a mental contract with me that was legitimate. Ebridge passes different titles, 888MyZipLocal, 777MyZipLocal, etc they're all telemarketing Cons that offer no price. I went onto different websites they stated they outlined me with and my company didn't seem. Our next e-mails are towards the BBB, the AG, and also to the Issues Board. Ebridge can be an EScam. Make sure to evaluate your whole telephone bill each month because they conceal these costs in the very back of the statement concealed being an online sites charge.
