Guardian Financial Benefit
Ripoff, rude, FRAUD!

Business & Finance

I received a call on a weekend and A person name Robert who also gave me his employee ID number: EV126 shared with me a seem to be a great deal to build up my credit. He told me that $249.00 that would be deducted from my checking account and I had until May 7 to be deducted I would then receive a mastercard with a credit line of $2,000.00,0% interest for several years. He also made his manager, Jason, ID EV001 verify all of the information that was given. I was told within 25 days after May 7 I will be receiving my card through FEDEX. They also gave me a customer serivce number who I have been calling since I did not receive anything and it has been over 30 days.

They are so rude and told me to sit back and relax and that when I questioned more about this she told me she was going to hang up and she did. They don't realize that having to deduct the 249.00 is alot of money for me because I do have a family that I support. If there is any law suit againist them, I would really want to be in it. With all of this, I have been so stress out and this have cause great hardship with my finances. I feel like a great fool and I hope that people will not be like me and to trust thinking that they are still honest agencies out there.
