Rip off Tricked me into sending in $ 38.00 dollars to stuff envolopes

I read an ad in a newspaper saying that if i give my name and address i could make up to 4000.00 dollars by stuffing envolopes.

I got a letter saying all I had to do is send in 38.00 dollars and i would receive supplies 400.00 dollars plus the 38.00 dollars I sent in. I sent in a money order for 38.00 and never received any supplies.
