Ripoff didn't get what I paid fo

I requested a credit card at my lender so when Gotec named and provided me a charge card, I stated no thanks. They responded with "however, you requested it." And so I thought it had been the main one I'd requested. I also received a silly guide plus some websites, but no card.

I noticed I could not afford it at that time and so I named to stop, however they stated I'dnot terminated within 72 and so I had to obtain the card, or receive no reimbursement.

I had been going online to obtain my card and created this website. Appears like I got screwed too.
