Rip-off! Dishonestly over-charged me!

Didn't receive May's bill in the mail. Was then harassed by several employees of E*Trade they told me they would take care of the problem, but then proceeded to call me even after they received my payment. Not only that it was at work! I checked to see if my account had been adjusted when I saw that it wasn't I called and spoke to a supervisor by the name of PAT MCLAUGHLIN and she told me that she can't do anything.
