Zoom by phone does not answer phone and debits my account without authorizaton

This company, zoom by phone, took over checkmatic recovery systems last year and has debited my account several times without authorization. Before that i never had a problem with the previous owner or their staff. They were very professional but now the new owner is nothing but a scam artist
