Refusal to provide customer service

I visited my Constitution One Lender on April 18 to confirm my banking account info. I reached the financial institution at 3:15 pm and talked with Tonya T. And asked her to operate three-day tansaction background on my bill. She declined to operate the deal record and mentioned these were prohibited to operate deal records. I questioned why and she rudely mentioned that she was not permitted to provide that info out.
