Misrepresentation

I closed an arrangement for providers with Pleasant Wagon (Coral Springs, FL) in October. The representative reported mailers could be delivered to my neighborhood in December which I'd get the outcomes before Feb. They didn't provide as guaranteed (though they've extended getting regular due to their charge). After I approached Welcome Truck straight, Linda Farley was rude and unhelpful. When requested for that Leader's title/telephone - she responded "We do not have one". After I discussed I had been upset with out any quality, Linda replied "should you protest towards the BBB make sure to deliver them your 1-year contract". Misunderstanding is exactly what the Welcome Truck provides. Plus they choose to not be troubled with your grievances.
