Unauthorized credit card charges

I acknowledge it is my problem for not examining my CC claims more carefully, but I bought ONE GUIDE from their store and found annually later they'd been getting me $19.95/month to get a bogus account that we didn't approve. Not once in that year did I obtain a contact from their store or perhaps a notice stating something about my account, and that is simply because they have NOTHING TO PROVIDE due to their charge. I had been unaware after I bought the guide they were using me in a account. They provided a-2 month reimbursement. Stay far away from this site. It is a rip-off.
