Service contract refund agreement - not honored

Posted all of the paper-work promptly in September and after several calls was informed the reimbursement amount was authorized and have been switched to their insurance companies plus they might matter the reimbursement check up on April 1. Named SFG on April 8, and reieved a note that they're shut until further notice. Centered on additional grievances, it appears like they'll not recognize the agreement.
