(more Like BANC) ripoff Locked me out of online banking to gain fees! Sioux Falls, South Dakota

It continues to amaze me. Online banking is great if it were not for THEORY.in other words, the consumer has the disadvantage in most cases.

First Premier takes you all the way to the bank! In order to do business while overseas you must be able to access online which in most countries is pretty convienient. However, they cut off all internet access only to find all sorts of fees and charges when I finally got to the nearest phone. How convienient, lets poke their eyes out so they can't see what they are doing. The ETHOS has been left out from First Premier, in my opinion and they seemingly take advantage of their customers to see how far they can take them to the cleaners.

Oh by the way, they are very eager to raise your interest rate at the drop of a hat. This company takes advantadge of people struggling to repair their credit issues.instead of helping them to that cause they make it more difficult to repair.
