The Worst Bank Eve

I am a second year undergraduate and i live almost 1029 miles away from home and the only way i receive money from my family is thru my sun trust account, but recently they have been hitting me with all these 36.00 fees for going over my account for just a couple of cents, and i do mean cents. Last Friday i went over. 18 cents and my account was hit with a 36.00 fee. How am i going to pay this with no source of income and the customer service is just not concerned enough for me. There should be something we could do about all these unnecessary fees
