Over charge on credit card

My spouse requested the EZSMOKER from the television advertisement and was informed many times just $9.95 could be billed. Once the item came they'd billed $79.95 towards the charge card. My spouse named and reported but was hungup on. After calling back and far discussion they decided to eliminate all costs and we'd return the merchandise. Like a parting shot the technology she spoke to screamed whenever we have it back as he was holding up. Today all-they need state is we did not return it. I named my charge card organization and submitted a problem together. They explained legally EZSMOKER has 5 times to return the cash or they'll document a formal complaint.
