The inspector called and relayed that 2 felony counts and a misdemeanor count was pending on me. He was calling to get a statement from me if i intentionally meant to defraud a company or not. When i said no, of course not, he said he didn't think so because i was not the criminal type? Then he asked for my email address to relay information to me. He threatened coming to my workplace to deliver the subpoena if i did not negotiate a settlement.
