I went to Instant Tax before Christmas to apply for a loan, which I recieved for 300.00, I decided that instead of being a jerk and not returning, I returned to file taxes and re-pay the loan. I filed on January 17 and my money was direct deposited on Jan. 30 and have yet to recieve my refund! I was told on the 17th that I would recieve a check for $1000 on the 20th and the remainder on the 25th. RIGHT! As of the 31st of January I was told by their "professionals" that their system went down (Tax Tree) and my money was there but they had issue about direct depositing the funds... There was no apology, no compassion and a real attitude problem from their staff. I hate the fact that I went to them but at the time I had no other recourse. What pisses me off is that the have the nerve to treat this like a welfare office, when most of the customers that use them make more per hour then than staff!
