Did not report my mortgage to c.B. For 7 years!

My mortgage was not reported for the seven years I have been with HSBC. I have tried to refinance with no luck because of this! I could have saved hundreds maybe thousands if I could have refinanced! My credit score has been raped and I don't know what the he'll to do about it!
