My initial phone call was to a company with the name Christian Debt Relief but after my first member payment the name of the company changed to New Beginnings Debt Settlement. So did all the information I received initially, after more than a year of them taking my moniess and my repeated inquiries about the name change, along with my other questions to many different individuals that answered the phones. So with no clarity nor answers to my questions and my money being placed in escrow I received after my cancellation 1200 dollars (do the math). They told me that I had to send copies of all my bills to them in order for them to pay one without me sending anything to my creditors and that couldn't happen. So they managed to pay one creditor but paid no other. But I had not sent any bills to them to pay that creditor and, when they did receive any copies of my bills, I was cancelling because they at that time only had 1200 dollars in escrow account time of my cancellation. Then the responses, of course came then, but no thanks. Oh, and where did Christian Debt Relief go?
