Herb Davis Fraudulent "Credit Repair" services - they took over $7,500 and delivered nothing, refuse to refund money

Beware office of herbert davis - run away as fast as you can!

I signed up for the Herb Davis "Credit Repair" program where they were supposed to negotiate a debt reduction on my behalf. They never did any such thing, and took monthly ACH payments from my checking account for over $7,500.00. When I called them and demanded proof that they settled any of my accounts, they blew me off and refused to take any of my calls anymore. They will not speak on the phone to me or reply to any of my emails, yet they are sitting on over $7,500 of my money for which they have not produced one single result.

I have continued to be hounded by my creditors, and I have spent all of my money in the past 12 months settling my debts with the creditors privately, on my own, which is what I should have done in the first place. It was a BIG MISTAKE to sign up with the Office of Herbert Davis - they will only smooth-talk you into joining their program and ACH debiting your checking account every month, then will do NOTHING to settle your debts.
