This type of person the toughest! They've bothered people I use, requesting all kinds of details about me from their website. They imagine to be always a member of the family showing whoever replies the telephone it's an urgent situation they talk to me.individual telephone calls at the office are actually prohibited. I work with an extremely active physicians office. What I love to understand is just why they're permitted to do that?
