First Contact for Wealth
FCFW Lender can't close

I had an encounter with First Contact for Wealth. The principal Don Raines and his partner in lies Terry Stephenson gave a great pitch to what they offer. Better than bank rates, the down payment is put into a trust account at Chase bank and the money never moves and the down-payment is never at risk. Their investors takes a snap shot of the trust account and match their funds into the trust. When it came time to close the people at FCFW says the funding can not happen for another month because lending was held up which has happened twice. Well if the investor is moving $100M to the account why would the lending be held up? Their response is this happens in private lending, really that's the best answer you can come up with and expect that to be acceptable? Well when dealing with hard money guys they are private and the money is readily available. I called the Chase bank rep and she (Amity) said they have the ability to move the funds anytime they like.
