This guy had me believing there was a "real" possibility that I actually won!

Therefore, I went through all the "hoops" and filed all the information that he asked for. No problem... I'm "broke" anyways... As you have probably read already... Several emails and correspondence later... I'm setting up an "offshore" bank account to enable the transfer of the $485,000 I had won! It was all going just fine... Till they asked for monies in advance of my receiving "MY" winnings! How absurd! Can you imagine paying anything in advance of receiving something you WON???
