Scam misleading ads and liers

I went in to instant tax to see about the ad they ran on tv about getting up to 1000 dollars. They said i was approved for $50 which everyone only gets $50 to $100. I was told the irs had accept my return of $466 but thier fees are $348 plus the $50 they gave me they said i didnt qualify for the RAL loan which noone is. They told me my return will be avaivable on the 18th of jan. 2012. I called back on jan 20th. They said that my return would not be in until jan. 26th 2012. After doing reserch on this company i found that they are not able to send any info to irs until given w2s. Now im wondering if or when i will get my return. Do the math how can they charge me $300 if im only expecting $400? Please dont waste your time going to this service to file they just lie and cheat you out of your money.
