Super Cheat Lawyers called Jeffery S. Ludlam (Bar# 17822) present hundreds of cases of so called debts against citizens that were resolved through bankruptcy or through theft of a credit card and the Tinker Federal Credit Union doesn't want to hold to their agreement to the card holder to not hold them responsible for the charges they didn't make so they send it to collections attorney Jeffery S. Ludlam that creates a falsified document to present to the judge with false or twisted stories of the persons being sued with gathered evidence that is not pertaining to the actual truth of what happened. Pictures are gathered of victims when they take out funds from an ATM with their BANK ACCOUNT CARD then said to have been using the credit card they are being sued over. The evidence is twisted, fiction stories created to make it 'look' like the person is guilty when they are being VICTIMIZED by these very creative attorney liars. The attorney's are so vicious they do not return phone calls, do not present the lies of evidence to the person being sued NOR the court. It is here say and lies.
To my horror, this judge did not allow the victims to present their side of the case let alone make the attorney PROVE they were guilty of this proposed charge they were presenting! She just takes the papers and signs the lives off these people to be burdened with these swindler's charges as if the people being victimized are nothing to her. It's a RACKET! A judge approved closing of her eyes while these attorney firms cheat people by the thousands out of their money! This is not justice, it's THEFT of the innocent public victims that fall under the ax of these crooks.
I am out raged at what I saw happen, nothing was verified and factually presented beyond the shadow of a doubt. She just signed whatever was placed before her without one word read on the document she signed. Without one question as to the validity of what she was signing.
This is an out rage of justice! Criminal activity at it's highest! This needs to be stopped!
