Unfair lease ripoff - $39.99 for 4 years, was told not non-cancellable

They've gotten me, too. I am a young and foolish entrepeneur. When contacted by American Paywise Corp., I was able to work out a good deal for processing fees considering my credit, but when talking about leasing the equipment, I was hesitant, but they kept telling me that the lease included a warranty and also included all of my supplies I'd need for it. That was a lie. They tacked on an additional $10 a month charge for that. They were very high pressure sales reps.

I have closed the business and they are not going to let me return the equipment. Some of the paperwork I have from American Paywise Corporation states that the lease is cancellable, but the paperwork from CIT Lease Finance Group states that it isn't. They currently expect me to pay $39.99 for 48 months. Count me in on your class action law suit. If you want to contact me, please send an email to festes81@yahoo.com.
