Deposits from social security delayed, causing overdrafts

I have been back and forth between the bank and social security. Each saying my problems are the others fault. You can very plainly see on my printout from ss that a payment was made on 9/02, but it doesnt show up until 9/21 in my bank statement. Then a payment on ss report shows a check issued 9/27, doesnt show up til 10/3. These delays in checks going into bank has caused me many overdrafts. I call the bank and was told money was in acct. Then, im just now finding out about these issues because a check was issued on 1/03, and on 1/06, they say my acct is overdrawn. I have asked for a complete audit going back to when i first opened the acct, and so far, have gotten nowhere. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, and GOD BLESS AMERICA!
