Corporation ripoff

Just to let everyone know Fairbanks is still doing business as usual. They have put us through hell and back and for over a year turned down our payments and we racked up a $30,000 bill that we had to pay last month or they would take our house. We had no choice.

They sent letters signed by a person who had not even been with the company for months that we had been dealing with and when I said I had been receiving letters from this person they said yes but they were not signed by him... Fraud! His name was typed on them so all along we thought we were dealing with Mr. Ben Noble.

They drove by our house they did everything they could do to harass us and kept adding fees. We tried to refinance and no one would touch us but they all knew about Fairbanks, even a guy at PMI said get away from Fairbanks.
After they received the money they would not acknowledge they had it, it was 1 day delivery and they said they didn't have it so we called USPS and they gave us the name of the person who signed they still said we don't have it.

One big nightmare, and it goes on and on but the Still the same added late fees, not posting when they should, they are liars and trained well at it, we have asked for a breakdown of the $30,000 and they refuse to send it they are so rude and treat you like garbage. They will never change until they are forced to quit like Enron. They are crooks and still doing business as usual they make their own rules and you abide or they take your house. Simple as that and no one will stop them as we see, not even the government.

My advice to you all from what we have been through with them is get the hell away from them as fast as you can, nothing will change!!! We have spent 4 years since they took our loan fighting with them about charges that do not belong on our mortgage and after the big fight about owing them all this money and paying the fees and everything else totaling to $30,000 they are not hitting us up for an extra $700 and for what we asked them, they dont know!!! Its a rip off company that will never go away until they are all put in prison.
