Owe me money

I have dealt with brokerking for a while untill i found out that i could get my building and contents insurance a lot cheaper elsewhere.
I contacted brokerking to cancel my policies, sent the relevant paperwork requested and sat back happy that i was saving myself a lot of money.
Only when i wondered why my budget account was overdrawn each month i realised that brokerking had drawn out £120 of my money over three months.
After complaining to them they assured me that i would get my money back, that is now over two months ago.
Do not buy from brokerking as they are expensive and do not give a damn about customer relations.
