Did settle some accounts. However does not respond to phone calls or e-mails sent promises to help you get your debt problem settled and doesn't. Holds checks, gives no answers and somehow my bank acc Internet

They were suppose to help us consilodate, out debt as we lost our jobs, and could not pay the amount owed. They started out good, but now they don't answer our calls, or emails.
As of now they have not cashed 2 payments made to them, and our checking account has been breeched, with money missing and had to be closed and a new one started.
We don't know which accounts have been paid and which ones haven't, we have 2 judgements against us filed in court and don't know how to fix it.
