Ripoff, misled, impersonated

I received a phone call in the last week of november, from a man who claimed to be robert chase. He told me how i had been approved for a $2500.00 credit card and guarenteed me that i would have a gold credit rating within 6 months as long as i used the card responsibly.

I asked why i had been approved now after i already had been turned down by them, he replied, " well you were chosen because you dont have bad credit, you just dont have any credit. So for $315.00 as a deposit cause you are a high risk, we will send you this $2500.00 credit card, i told them it wasnt a good time, that it was to close to christmas and he told me that my card would be arriving within 8 to 10 business days from date of debit, so i agreed.

Well january rolled around and i still hadnt received anything, i was debited on the 13 of dec, so i called, and talked to costemer service they gave me the run around, for weeks still no card, to this day still no card. I quit calling custserv.

I had enough of those ingnorant people telling me that it is on its way, i could go on for quite awhile but i'm starting to get pissed off again, so ill just leave it at that, i have pretty much chalked this one up to experience
