On December 20 a charge of $99.95 was made against my account to AEPC Member services. I am not interested in signing on to this account, whatever it is. Not knowing what AEPC was, I went to the internet and found others complaining about the same thing on usacomplaints.com. I paid in full this charge to American Express, therefore I need to know what I must do? I would like that AEPC (I do know who they are) makes a credit for $99.95 to my American Express account.
