Account Problems

Business & Finance

On 11/29 at roughly 10:00 pm, I named directly into trigger my new charge card. I had been requested a number of concerns for example my complete interpersonal, complete name and mom's maiden name. The consultant subsequently extended another number of concerns which was "acquired from public record information" and "might or might not refer to me." I continued to answer these concerns after which I had been informed they couldn't confirm my identification. Shocked, I really could not realize why it was therefore because exactly what was requested I'd responded.individually, I don't know how a few of the concerns for example what type of vehicle I-drive may even be properly used to confirm my identification given that they were never originally supplied to Home Bank. Additionally, a problem was requested regarding two relatives that we didn't understand the solution to. Based on the boss, these details must have been recognized on my own, but I neglect to observe how this could confirm my identification.

I'd prefer to be individually approached regarding my consideration that I've had since 2005. I don't think that such protection concerns may confirm my identification. Not was previously I requested my day of delivery and that I was easily available to answer every private information. I don't wish to deliver it extra paperwork to confirm my bill. I'd prefer to shut my account instantly.
