On march 22 a represetative from prime one benefits called me and offered me a mc with a $1500.00 limit, for $129.95 and i would receive the card within 2 - 6 weeks. All i received was a package of flyers and other banks to apply to. What was the $129.95 for? I feel like such a fool. Never did receive anything. A company by the name of phoenix customer service withdrew the money from my checking accoutn.
