This company responds to request for refinancing with a very good rate. Then you send them your information, they take a deposit to lock in good rate. They use an appraisal service with no experience in your area. The apprasial results come in unvaforable and they keep your deposit. They hired the appraisal firm so the firm will not discuss with you. They tell you to call Loan Depot, then they will not return your calls. They only write something up to try to cover themselves with BBB.
