Scam and cheat

Lewis M., operator of Business Scape/Design Studio/Business-the Structure of Scenery/Snow & Snow Administration & Preservation does not spend his subcontractors & workers for work done. He blames everybody for his failings after which lies and accuses others ie: workers/subcontractor of taking from him. Really dishonest individual. Don't conduct business with him, you'll be robbed. For this reason he's no long term business colleagues. He tips them-and subsequently needs to utilize another company whonot understand he is a cheat.
