Billing Problems

I used the AT&T Uverse program to get a month and didn't enjoy it therefore I ended it and delivered the merchandise as directed however for all weeks today I've been billed for that Uverse Television and every time I contact about this I stay for one hour waiting to speak after which I am informed that it'll eventially come off my payment. Nowadays I had been simply put on. Today my statement is as much as $422.88 plus they are threatening motion however they wont end payment me for what I actually donot have.
