Ripoff dishonest rescinding agreements in writing

You do have to send something in writing, but please, let's everyone get on the ball, and do something about this unethical organization!

I am in the same boat as many of you, I was under the "forebearance agreement" through 4-15-03 payment... Guess what? Yes, the statement came in with the extra amount.

I called and they just say... We need another month of extra payment, and then you'll still owe a few hundred dollars!

I refuse to send them another penny until I find someone who can help me... Unfortunately, with no money, no one wants to give you the time of day!

I heard something of a class action lawsuit... Is there one? I want in!

Is there anyone, anywhere to help us? The best I could do today after many, many phone calls, was to be referred to the Federal Banking Authority.

Please, everyone, contact them ASAP!
