Falsely accused of fraud

I get a notice from the business informing me i gained a sweepstake they for $5,000.00 visited the financial institution and transferred the teller advised me it had been a great check deposit the check i received a notice four weeks later informing the check was phony that I had been responsible for adding. Consequently of this they set me on checksystem I will actually start a banking account everywhere I will actually obtain a work when they backgound check I actually donot believe that fair the things they did in my experience I've 3 children to aid the entire sutuation tension me out much I actually donot understand where you can change.
