On November 6 I bought Paretologicis PCHealth Consultant and also the XoftSpySE anti spyware through Safecart.com using Paypal.com for that quantity of $39.94. This quantity was $29.97 for that Computer Health Consultant and $9.97 for that XoftSpySE Anti Spyware. It was displayed like a purchase of the plan.
On November 3 my Paypal bill was put up having a continuing yearly cost of $29.97 for that PCHealth Consultant and $9.97 for that XoftSpySE Anti Spyware.
At almost no time did I approve this continuing cost. If an annual membership charge was necessary for this program, it had been not suggested anywhere within the sites. And also to instantly put up a cost plan with no notice or agreement is illegitimate is not it?
