Ripoff dishonest fradulant billing

This company told me that I would be recieving a credit card, to help me build credit. After I had already signed up I found out that it was for this catalog only. Then when I called up to try and cancel that day before the 250 dollar first time fee went through they said it had already been processed and there was no way to stop it.
