We paid so much money to "avoid bankruptcy" and keep our home but lost everything in the end

We had paid so much money so this company to help us keep our home and avoid bankruptcy. We were promise very low interest rates and everything was going to be "ok." $1500 paid to them and all we recieved was information on how to talk to all the creditors when they call you and an unexceptable interest rate on our mortgage. We lost everything... And they got away with our money and we were dumb enough to trust them.
