I was called by an individual stating that I had a lawsuit pending regarding a cash advance loan for $300 from Cash Advance USA. I told them I never took out a loan and they said I filled something out online and gave them my information and it was direct deposited into my bank account. They had all my personal information including my home address that I have only lived at for a few months.

I checked my bank account from the time I opened it until today's date and there were no deposits made by this company. They continued to tell me I owed this company money and that I needed to resolve it, I told them if they called me again I would report them, and they said I needed to get a lawyer and they would be contacting my references for litigation purposes. I googled this SCAM and seen that someone else had received the exact same phone call, and were told the exact same thing.
